AND ABOUT A LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIP—we care about the long term success of our health care professionals. For almost all of our health care personnel, we have assisted in placing them with health care providers and staffing organizations that sponsored them for green card visas after one year of employment. And, so, on occasion we have been fortunate to celebrate holidays with them and their families long after they have arrived. We are lucky to spend such time with them, and have seen how their families have grown and flourished. Their journey has been quite thrilling to witness.
