Our Philosophy

There continues to be a shortage of professional health care personnel in the U.S. This shortage is expected to become more acute with the aging of our population. The current shortage is especially prevalent in rural areas of the country. Our philosophy is simple: to serve the health care industry by making available nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and medical technologists that meet the skill set requirements of our clients. We seek health care professionals only in areas of the world where there are abundant health care professionals and where there are personnel seeking to immigrate to the U.S. Our philosophy is to serve our hospital, nursing homes, and other health providers with outstanding healthcare professionals quickly and effectively. We also are very concerned that our clients assist in the social transition of the health care professional. If this is done, there will be a minimum amount of turnover, the health care professional will establish roots in the community and most will stay for longer than their contractual requirements.
