SCOPE OF SERVICES

We approach all projects with flexibility in both methodology and pricing in order to ensure that Global best meets the needs of the individual hospital and contributes to the overall quality of nursing services your institution.

fGlobal will begin with a screening process of your Hospital’s needs. This process will allow you to advise Global as to how many nurses are needed in each specialty group, the preferred recruiting methodology and culture preferences. During this process we gain an understanding of the hospital’s needs so that we can focus recruitment efforts on your religious, cultural or language requirements.

OPTIONAL CONTRACT
Global Healthcare Resources, Inc. will arrange and pay for the transportation of nurses from their country of origin to the hospital. We will likewise provide for social service support to ease the cultural transition. If needed, Global will arrange for housing and assist in making arrangements for auto leases or purchases as well as driver’s license and geographical orientation.

THE PROCESS
The process consists of:
1. Interviewing nurses
2. Placement (offer and acceptance) of nurse
3. Legal processing- TN-1 or Permanent Residence or H1B (if qualified)
4. Nurse delivery- Board exam preparation, transportation, family transfer, where indicated

RESUMES/ LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE INTERVIEW
