The nursing shortage is evolving into a significant crisis for the U.S. Our philosophy is simple: to serve the hospital industry by making available nurses from various countries that meet the skill set requirements of our clients. We seek nurses only in areas of the world where there are abundant nursing personnel, or where there are nurses who are seeking to immigrate to the U.S.

We will not solicit nurses from any country where the government asks us not to recruit in their nation.

Therefore, our philosophy is to serve our hospital clients with excellent nurses as quickly and effectively as we can. We also are very concerned that the hospital assists in the social transition for the foreign nurse. If this is done, there will be a minimum amount of turnover, nurses will establish roots in the community and most nurses will stay for far longer than their contractual requirements.
